Russian culture

I’ve never been to Russia. Not yet, anyway. N’yet.

But I shall some fine day and when I get there I will marvel at the land described in the Anastasia (Ringing Cedars) books.  I sure love those books. They are treasures.

The Ruble has been quite strong in the past year.  That’s because it’s one of the few currencies that it basing itself on actual resources. Things that have real value.

Russia has vast natural resources, but the “West” wants these resources, for free or for almost free. That’s what they did to Africa and to other places.

It’s really time to grow up now. Stealing was easier in the past but today we have a sharing of knowledge. So new behaviors will need to be found. New fair and ethical behaviors. Everyone benefits.
